Rater Categories
360-degree feedback revolves around each client involved in the process. There will
be at least three additional rater categories which can be taken from a wide group
for example:
- Manager(s)
- Peers
- Direct Reports
- Internal and external customers
- Other stakeholders
Apart from any category where there is just one rater (e.g. self and manager), all
other categories must contain at least two raters in order to protect their anonymity.
An optimal report will consist of views from the client themselves, a manager, three
peers and three direct reports making a total of eight questionnaires. However,
click-360 has been designed to be flexible and is capable of taking as many rater
categories (and raters within each category) as you wish.
When you consider the number of questionnaires involved per client you can clearly
see the large amount of time consuming data inputting and number crunching that
click-360 can look after for you. In addition, as part of the click-360 process
we also provide a service which tracks and chases up raters who are running late
with their questionnaires, which removes a significant administrative burden for
you.
